By using OkayGST, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Cancellation Policy for both subscription and prepaid plans.

1. Cancellation of Subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription with OkayGST, you must notify us in writing or via email at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

2. Cancellation of Prepaid Plan

If you wish to cancel your prepaid plan, notify us in writing or via email. Refunds for prepaid plans will be processed as follows:

• If cancelled within 7 days of purchase: 100% refund.
• If cancelled after 7 days of purchase: No refund.

3. Termination of Account

OkayGST reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if you violate our terms of service or engage in prohibited activities on the platform.

4. Changes to Subscription Plans or Prepaid Plans

OkayGST may modify, suspend, or terminate any subscription plan or prepaid plan at any time, with or without notice. If you have an active plan, changes become applicable upon renewal.

5. Discretionary Refunds

In exceptional cases where OkayGST determines that a refund is appropriate, it will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

6. No Warranty

OkayGST makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or services provided on the platform.

7. Force Majeure

OkayGST shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to acts beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, or technical failures.

8. Changes to This Cancellation Policy

OkayGST reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
