Refund Policy
Refund terms for plans purchased on OkayGST.

At OkayGST, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience while using our software service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy applies.
1. Payment Mode Eligibility
Refunds will only be provided for payments made through supported payment gateway methods. If payment is made through other methods, you may not be eligible for refund unless approved by us.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You have purchased a paid plan or package on OkayGST.
- You have not used the software service for more than 7 days after date of purchase.
- You encountered a technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team.
- You contacted our support team within 7 days of date of purchase.
- You provided sufficient evidence of the technical issue and steps taken to resolve it.
3. Refund Process
If you meet the above conditions, contact support@okaygst.com with your refund request. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7-14 business days.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
If you have used the service for more than 7 days after purchase, or if the issue can be resolved by our support team, you may not be eligible for refund.
5. Refund for Unconfirmed Payments
In some cases, payments may not be confirmed due to technical issues between your bank and payment gateway. Refunds can be processed only after payment is successfully confirmed and received by the payment partner.
6. Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to reject any refund request if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of services.
