Our tools help users transform and process accounting/GST related data. You remain responsible for verifying outputs before filing or import into government/software systems.

2. Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate registration and billing information.
• You are responsible for account credentials and activities under your account.
• Unauthorized access attempts may lead to suspension.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid features require an active subscription.
• Plans, limits, and prices are displayed on pricing/checkout pages.
• Taxes are applied as per current invoicing settings and law.
• Cancellation and refund handling are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

• No misuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized system interference.
• No illegal content upload or use violating applicable laws.
• No attempts to bypass access controls or subscription checks.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update features, pricing, limits, or integrations to improve service quality and compliance. Temporary downtime may occur during maintenance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OkayGST is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the services.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation at all times.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including regulatory changes, internet/network outages, third-party platform disruptions, or natural events.
